What is the difference between the lite and paid theme?

Often when we release free WordPress themes (lite), we make the themes very similar. The difference between the lite and paid version usually comes down to customization options and or features missing.

Do I need design/programming skills to use your themes?

No, Our WordPress themes come with built-in support for the WordPress customizer, so you can customize your site using this intuitive visual editor. No design or development knowledge required when using our themes.

How do you provide support?

We provide product support via email. We do not offer product support via our Facebook or Twitter social media pages, nor do we offer phone support.

Do your themes works with the latest version of WordPress?

Yes, it is our highest priority always to keep our themes up-to-date and to work with the latest version of WordPress.

What browsers do your products support?

We test all our themes and plugins on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer 11+.

Where do I download my purchase?

Once you have a purchased a theme or plugin, you will receive an email with the downloadable product.

How does refunds work?

We currently do not issue refunds for our digital products. If you have a question about a particular theme or plugin, contact us before making a purchase, and we will be sure to respond in a timely fashion.

How often are themes and plugins updated?

We tend to update our themes and plugins any time our customers, or we discover a bug, or there is a new feature that we feel should be added.

How do I update my purchased theme?

Check for updates via your email as we tend to send you an email everytime a theme or plugin has been updated.
